Meet Your Therapist
I have been a massage therapist for over ten years and originally became a massage therapist after undergoing two major surgeries in high school (knee and shoulder) and experiencing therapeutic massage which was really the only thing that truly helped with my chronic pain, and still does to this day. I have been lucky enough in my life to have picked a career that I not only enjoy but that allows me to help others. I truly believe in massage and the benefits that come along with it. Whether it be to enhance your mood or help relieve pain massage is an incredible tool to aide in the overall health and wellness of everyone. I am happily married and have two beautiful children. I was born and raised in Caldwell ID and have lived here all my life, currently residing in Nampa. I enjoy the outdoors, love the mountains and the water, CrossFit is my favorite form of exercise and fall is my favorite season. I believe in honesty and loyalty and putting others first. Â
